The Teen version helps teens (aged 12-19) to excel in life. A strong focus is on the transition from childhood to adulthood. The chapter lengths are longer and more anecdotes are included with each theme. Reflection questions and action steps conclude each chapter.

There is also a Young Adult version to the Live Growth Focused series which covers the same topics and also focuses on supporting students as they enter adulthood.
