This inclusive SEL notebook supports diverse learners with simplified structure and empowering tools to build confidence & voice.

The Exceptional Learner edition is intended to include students who may be older and also beginning readers. Examples could be students with autism, down syndrome, or other special needs. There are line drawings of people in wheelchairs and fewer drawings of younger children compared to the beginning reader edition.

During her two years in The Bahamas, Dr. Ihrig worked with middle school and high school level students with severe disabilities. She created this book so similar students could still participate in the program at a level suitable to their abilities.
