The Grown-Up edition covers creating an environment to help children, tweens, and teens to shine through fostering meaningful conversations on targeted topics.

Each chapter includes passages from other Live Growth Focused versions as well as suggestions for how grown-ups can live more growth-focused.

There are also opportunities for the grown-ups to reflect on their lives.
